Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced cooked chicken
    2 c. celery, sauteed in butter
    1 onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 can diced water chestnuts
    salt and pepper
    1 small can peas
    4 hard-diced boiled eggs
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Mix chicken, celery, onion, mayonnaise, pimentos, lemon juice, water chestnuts, salt and pepper.
    Add peas and eggs and spread into a pan.
    Add layer of cheese.
    Add crushed potato chips.
    Cook 25 minutes at 400\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
