Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. bread, cubed
    2 eggs
    1 qt. milk
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or oleo
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Place bread in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Break eggs in a bowl and beat.
    Add milk, sugar, salt, vanilla and butter; stir. Pour over bread and mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
