Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 oz. hash browns, thawed
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick butter, melted
    1/2 c. minced onion
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    salt and pepper
    cornflake crumbs
Preparation
    Mix together sour cream, soup and butter. Add onion, salt and pepper to taste, hash browns and cheese. Pour into a well-greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Sprinkle cornflake crumbs on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
