Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tall can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Grease and flour 9-inch pie plate.
    Beat eggs, sugar and flour in medium size bowl.
    Add evaporated milk and melted margarine. Mix on low speed.
    Pour into pie plate and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serve warm or cold.
