French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 stick butter
    1 c. coconut
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 uncooked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and pour into the unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done (does not shake and a golden brown).
    May have to cut the oven temperature down toward the end of cooking time to keep crust from getting too dark.
