Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked, drained squash
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook bell pepper and onion in 1 tablespoon oil until done, but do not brown.
    Beat eggs; add crackers, mushroom soup, squash and then cooked onion and bell pepper. Dot top with butter and cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 or 400\u00b0 until brown on top.
