Broccoli Corn Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. coarse saltine cracker crumbs (12 crackers)
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. crackers, crumbled (6 crackers)
    1 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Combine corn, broccoli, egg, 1/2 cup cracker crumbs, onion, 2 tablespoons margarine, salt and pepper.
    Turn into 1-quart casserole.
    Combine other crumbs and margarine.
    Sprinkle over vegetable mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
