Fresh Neckbones And Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. fresh neckbones
1 large onion, chopped or sliced
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 can whole tomatoes
2 bay leaves
1/4 box thin spaghetti
Preparation
-
Place neckbones in pot; cover with water.
Add remaining ingredients except spaghetti.
Cook over low flame, simmering until neckbones are done, then add spaghetti and cook until tender.
