Bacon And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
2 c. unseasoned croutons
2 c. onion and garlic croutons
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. milk
8 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
10 to 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation

Coat 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with vegetable spray.
Place croutons in dish and coat with margarine.
Sprinkle grated cheese over the croutons.
Mix milk, eggs and mustard and pour over cheese and crouton mixture.
Sprinkle bacon crumbs evenly over dish.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Allow to stand 15 minutes before serving.
