Good Luck Best Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. vegetable shortening
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
Preparation
    With a fork, mix together first 4 ingredients. In a separate dish, beat remaining ingredients.
    Combine the two mixtures.
    Stir with a fork until all ingredients are moistened.
    Shape dough into ball with hands. Chill at least 15 minutes. Roll into desired shape or it can be frozen for later use.
    Makes two 9-inch double crusts or three 8-inch shells.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
