Chicken Paprikash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cleaned and disjointed
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 to 3 Tbsp. sweet Hungarian paprika
    salt to taste
    2 to 3 c. seasoned chicken stock
    2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
    1 to 2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Melt in heavy pot 1 1/2 tablespoons butter and 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
    Add and simmer chopped onions and paprika.
    Simmer until shiny and red.
    Add salt and chicken stock. When broth comes to a boil, add chicken.
    Simmer covered until tender, about 1 hour.
