Stuffed Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. herbed stuffing mix
4 cans minced or chopped clams, drained
1 large onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
3/4 stick margarine
3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/8 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. lemon juice
seasonings to taste
salt, pepper and Italian seasonings
Preparation

Put stuffing mix in bowl; add clam liquid (gradually).
Let stand until liquid is absorbed.
Add parsley, lemon juice, Worcestershire and seasonings.
Melt margarine in small pan; add chopped celery and onions and saute until soft.
Add this mixture to stuffing mix and lastly the clams.
Mix well.
Put in casserole; top with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
Bake in moderate oven until hot.
