Lime Mist Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can applesauce
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
1 small bottle 7-Up
1/4 lb. marshmallows, cut
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, broken in small pieces
1/2 pt. whipped cream
Preparation

Heat applesauce and dissolve gelatin in it.
Add 7-Up; stir well.
Refrigerate overnight.
Combine marshmallows, cheese and cream.
Chill overnight.
The next day, beat marshmallow mixture until thick.
Spread over salad.
Garnish with chopped nuts and cherries.
Serves 8.
