Honey Grilled Chicken(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. lemon juice
    2/3 c. finely chopped fresh basil
    2/3 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    4 skinned ???
    2 medium sweet yellow peppers
    2 medium sweet red peppers
    vegetable cooking spray
    fresh basil sprigs (optional)
Preparation
    Cut peppers into 2-inch pieces.
    Combine first 6 ingredients in a large, heavy-duty plastic bag; add chicken and peppers.
    Seal bag and shake bag until chicken and peppers are well coated.
    Marinate in refrigerator 3 hours, turning bag occasionally.
    Remove chicken and peppers from marinade.
    Place marinade in a small saucepan; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Coat grill rack with cooking spray.
    Place rack on grill over medium coals, (300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0).
    Place chicken on rack. Grill, covered, 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until chicken is done, basting frequently with marinade during the last 5 minutes of cooking time.
    Transfer chicken to a serving platter; keep warm.
