Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked macaroni
    1/2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Cook macaroni and drain.
    Keep hot.
    Meanwhile, melt butter, stir in flour and seasonings.
    (Do not brown.) Stir in milk.
    Cook and stir until smooth and thickened.
    Add cheese, stirring until it melts.
    Pour cheese sauce over macaroni and stir to coat. Serve immediately.
    Yield: 6 servings.
