Spinach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 to 16 oz. fresh spinach
4 slices Bermuda onion
4 oz. bacon (crisp), chopped
4 Tbsp. olive oil
2 oz. vinegar
1 to 2 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Wash spinach, and remove any dark leaves or large bitter ones. Add onion, salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon olive oil; toss lightly.
