Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. potatoes (about 4 medium), cut into halves
    3 slices bacon
    1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Heat 1-inch salted water (1/2 teaspoon salt to 1 cup water) to boiling.
    Add potatoes.
    Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and cook until tender, 20 to 25 minutes. Drain and cool.
