Jelly Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted cake flour
    3 eggs
    1/3 c. water
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Grease a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
    Line bottom with wax paper.
    Grease paper.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Sift flour and baking powder.
    Beat eggs in medium size bowl with electric mixer at high speed until thick and creamy.
    Gradually add sugar, beating constantly, until mixture is very thick.
    (This will take 5 to 7 minutes.)
    Stir in water and vanilla.
    Fold in flour mixture. Spread batter evenly into pan.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
    Turn out of pan onto a large damp towel.
    Roll towel and cake together and leave 3 minutes.
    Unroll, remove towel and spread filling in center of cake.
    Roll and dust with powdered sugar.
