Zucchini Casserole Gourmet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini, diced
    2 medium eggplant, peeled and diced
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 cans tomato paste
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. dry red wine
    1 c. sour cream
    16 oz. tomato sauce
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Saute zucchini and eggplant in oil.
    Add ground beef and brown.
    Drain.
    Stir in next 8 ingredients and heat thoroughly. Turn into greased baking dish and top with tomato sauce and cheese.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
