Crispy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts or thighs
    1/2 c. skim milk
    2 egg whites, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. cornflakes or other flaked cereal, crushed
Preparation
    Remove skin from chicken.
    Combine milk and egg whites.
    Dip chicken in milk mixture, then cornflakes.
    Bake in nonstick pan at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes longer.
    Makes 4 servings.
