Termater Puddin' - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. bread (brown and white), diced
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato puree
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place 1/3 of bread cubes in bottom of a well-buttered baking dish.
    Drizzle with melted butter.
    Do this until all the bread is used.
    Heat the rest of the ingredients.
    Boil.
    Pour over the bread.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Serves 8.
