Giblet Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 3/4 c. chicken broth
    salt and pepper
    2 boiled, chopped eggs
    1 c. chopped turkey or chicken
Preparation
    Melt butter in thick boiler.
    Add flour and stir until flour is dissolved.
    Add chicken broth.
    (If gravy seems too thick, add a little water.)
    Add salt and pepper.
    After gravy thickens, add eggs and turkey or chicken.
