Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
7 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 lb. white raisins
1 lb. candied red cherries
1 lb. Brazil nuts
1 lb. dates
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
1 lb. pecans
1 lb. candied pineapple
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Mix in eggs, salt, flour, vanilla, baking powder and milk.
Now add raisins, pecans, red cherries, pineapple, Brazil nuts and dates.
Grease and lightly flour 3 loaf pans.
Bake 2 hours at 250\u00b0.
