Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. fryer
1 medium onion
2 sticks celery
salt and pepper
1 large bag nacho cheese Doritos
1 3/4 c. chicken broth
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 small can black olives
3 to 4 chopped green onions
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies
Preparation

Boil chicken until tender with 1 medium onion, 2 sticks celery, salt and pepper; cool.
Skin and debone chicken and cut into bite size pieces.
Spread chicken in bottom of 11 x 13-inch baking dish.
Crush Doritos and spread over chicken.
Next, spread onions and olives and add to soup.
Pour over casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
