Coconut-Sour Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box white cake mix (not pudding type)
    1/4 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 can cream of coconut
    1 pkg. frozen coconut
    1 carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients; beat 2 minutes on high speed. Reduce speed to low; beat 1 minute.
    Pour batter into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Let cool and top with Cool Whip.
