Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked and diced potatoes
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. onions, green or white
    1/2 c. sweet pickle cubes
    4 eggs, boiled and diced
    1 small jar diced pimento
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. Grey Poupon mustard
    1 tsp. celery seed
    salt and pepper to your taste
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine, cook and stir over medium heat until thick.
    Cool and add to potato salad.
