Baked Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. quick grits
    6 c. water
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    3 tsp. savory salt
    2 tsp. salt
    10 or 12 dashes Tabasco (optional)
    1 tsp. paprika, sprinkled on top
Preparation
    Cook grits in water until thick.
    Stir in everything except eggs.
    Add eggs when cool.
    Put in 8 x 12-inch pan.
    Sprinkle paprika on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
