Beef Casserole Italiano - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
2 c. Ricotta cheese
sliced Mozzarella cheese, cut in strips
Preparation

Brown the ground beef and onion together.
Then add tomato sauce, parsley, oregano and basil to ground beef mixture and simmer for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine spinach and Ricotta cheese.
Spoon spinach mixture around edge of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Spoon meat mixture in center.
Arrange the cheese over meat.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
