Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggplant
    2 eggs
    2 onions, diced
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 slices American cheese
Preparation
    Peel eggplant and boil until tender. Drain well and add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour in baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve hot.
