Pear Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. water
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. salt
    pinch of nutmeg
    3 large pears or preserves
    1 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs and oil until foamy.
    Add sugar, vanilla, baking soda and water.
    Beat in flour, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg until creamy.
    Fold in pears and walnuts.
    Spray tube pan with Pam and spread batter evenly.
    Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
