Pumpkin Cheese Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs 1 minute at high speed.
Add 1 cup sugar, pumpkin and lemon juice.
Fold into sifted flour, soda, salt and spices. Bake in oiled jelly roll pan or oblong cookie sheet pan for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Turn out on powdered sugar dusted towel.
Roll up in towel and let cake cool.
