Zucchini Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. ground zucchini
    6 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice (frozen)
    1 c. (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (3 oz.) box Jell-O (any flavor such as cherry, strawberry, apricot, orange)
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; boil zucchini 25 minutes, stirring often. Gets mushy but don't add liquid. Add sugar, pineapple and lemon juice. Cook 15 minutes. Add Jell-O. Cook another 15 minutes. Put in jars and seal. Makes 5 pints.
