Microwave Butter Crumb Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, peeled (about 4 oz. each)
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Roll potatoes in butter, then in bread crumbs.
    Arrange potatoes in baking dish; drizzle with remaining butter.
    Heat 10 to 12 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
    Let stand, covered, 4 minutes before serving.
    Yields 4 servings.
