Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. dry milk
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. oil
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. chopped nuts
10 maraschino cherries, chopped
Preparation

Stir together dry milk, sugars, water, oil and egg.
Add vanilla.
In medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Stir into sugar mixture.
Stir in zucchini, nuts and cherries.
Pour into greased loaf pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
