Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. potatoes, cooked and diced
    6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 tsp. ripe olives, chopped
    1/2 to 2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced pimento
    1 large onion, chopped
    paprika
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients, stir through to mix with mayonnaise.
    Place in serving dish.
    Sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate until serving time.
    Serves 6.
