Creamy Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 potatoes, medium
1/4 c. mayo
3/4 c. yogurt, plain, low-fat
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. onion powder
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 c. parsley, fresh, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 onion, sliced thin
Preparation

Scrub potatoes, cover with water and boil until just tender. Drain and chill.
Slice and cut into cubes.
Combine mayo, yogurt, dill weed and onion powder.
Add remaining ingredients to potatoes.
Pour dressing over potato mixture and toss.
Yields 8 servings.
