Creamy Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. yellow squash, sliced
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos, drained and sliced
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can water chestnuts, thinly sliced
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 stick oleo or butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herbed stuffing mix (use 1/2)
Preparation
    Cook squash in salted water; drain well.
    Add next 5 ingredients.
    Melt 3/4 stick of oleo or butter in frying pan.
    Add stuffing mix; pack in a 2-quart dish.
    Pour squash mixture over stuffing and sprinkle rest of stuffing mix on top.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
