Fruit Smoothie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) can orange juice concentrate
1 large ripe banana, sliced or 1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen strawberries or 1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen or drained canned peaches
1 c. skim milk
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. honey
5 ice cubes
Preparation

Combine juice concentrate, fruit, milk, water and honey in a blender. Blend at high speed until thick and smooth, about 1 minute. Add ice cubes, one at a time, and blend until smooth and frothy. Garnish with a whole strawberry if you wish. Yield: 5 servings.
