Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cube butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. rice
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1 large onion
    1 c. fresh mushrooms
    2 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in butter until transparent.
    Add rice and brown a little.
    Add salt.
    Add chicken broth.
    Steam rice mixture in hot chicken broth for 25 or 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
