Marinated Round Steak With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    4 tsp. chili sauce
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 lb. mushrooms or 6 3/4 oz. can
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Combine mustard, chili sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire, onion, paprika, salt and pepper.
    Marinate defrosted steak in this sauce for 2 to 6 hours in refrigerator.
    Saute sliced mushrooms in butter.
    Drain steak and brown on both sides.
    Add 1 cup water to sauce; pour over steak and mushrooms.
    Cover closely and cook over very low heat for about 1 hour or until tender.
