Easy Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 qt. fruit, sweetened and heated
Preparation

Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Mix sugar, flour, milk, salt and baking powder.
Pour over margarine and mix slightly.
Heat sweetened fruit and pour over top.
Dough will rise over fruit.
Use rhubarb, apples, canned peaches or cherries. Bake at 350\u00b0
for 35 to 45 minutes or until lightly browned. Serves 12.
