Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 slices canned pineapple, drained
    1 lb. ham, ground
    1/2 lb. pork, ground
    1 c. fine soft bread crumbs
    1 egg, unbeaten
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. minced celery
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix
    ham, pork, bread crumbs, egg, milk, onion, celery, salt and
    pepper.
    Pack\tmeat mixture firmly in loaf pan over pineapple slices.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
