Easy Espresso Nog(Makes 6 To 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. frozen vanilla yogurt
    2 c. low-fat (1 %) milk
    2 Tbsp. instant espresso powder
    2 tsp. vanilla
    Whipped cream, optional garnish
    Ground nutmeg, optional garnish
Preparation
    In the container of an electric blender, whirl yogurt, milk, espresso powder and vanilla until smooth, about 30 seconds. Pour into 6 or 8 small cups or glasses. Top with whipped cream and ground nutmeg, if desired.
