Stir-Fry Pork And Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. chili sauce
    1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. boneless pork, cut in bite size pieces
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
    2 medium onions, cut in wedges
    1 medium carrot, cut in matchsticks
    1/2 green pepper, cut in thin strips
    1 large garlic clove, finely chopped
    3/4 lb. cabbage coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Combine the first 7 ingredients and set aside.
    Stir-fry pork in 1 tablespoon oil, browning all sides. Remove pork and add remaining tablespoon of oil.
    Add the next 5 ingredients and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
    Add pork and cook all ingredients 2 more minutes.
    Slowly add the set-aside mixture, stirring until sauce thickens and boils.
    Serve over rice.
