Caramel Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
    16 oz. Cool Whip
    1/2 stick butter
    7 oz. coconut
    1/2 c. pecans
    1 (16 oz.) jar caramel ice cream topping
    2 (9-inch) pie crusts
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients until smooth.
    Melt margarine.
    Add coconut and pecans.
    Toast until brown, stirring constantly.
    Bake two (9-inch) pie crusts.
    Layer:
    cream cheese mixture, coconut mixture, caramel topping and repeat.
