Herbed Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 c. milk
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, separated
1/2 c. Havarti cheese
2 Tbsp. Italian style seasoned bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook macaroni; drain well.
Place in a 1 1/2-quart casserole; set aside.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Stir in the flour and seasonings.
Gradually add milk.
Cook and stir until thickened.
Remove from heat.
Add sour cream, 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese and all of the Havarti.
Stir until melted.
Pour sauce over macaroni; mix well.
