Blueberry Coffeecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. shortening
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 pt. blueberries (washed, drained and lightly floured)
Preparation
    Mix by hand; flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Cut in shortening.
    Blend in beaten eggs and milk and add to dry ingredients.
    Gently fold in blueberries.
    Grease and flour cake pan.
    Sprinkle topping over batter and bake for 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
