Whole Wheat Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. brown sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. bananas (about 4 large), mashed
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Cream oil and sugar; add bananas and eggs.
    Sift dry ingredients together; add to mixture alternately with milk.
    Stir after each addition.
    Add nuts and vanilla.
    Bake about 1 hour at 350\u00b0 until toothpick comes out clean.
    Use 9 x 5-inch bread pan or 2 large size foil pans.
    Decrease time to 45 minutes if using 2 pans.
