Ingredients

3 oz. pkg. Jell-O (lemon is our favorite)
3/4 c. boiling water
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. cool water or 10 ice cubes
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 graham cracker crust
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water; add lemon juice and water or ice cubes.
Let thicken.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Pour into graham cracker crust.
Keep in refrigerator.
