Orange Flavored Beef Short Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. lean beef short ribs
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 orange
2 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. water
orange wedges (if desired)
Preparation

Trim excess fat from ribs.
Make two vertical deep cuts into meat on each rib.
In Dutch oven or 4-quart saucepan, mix beef ribs, tomato juice, brown sugar, vinegar, salt, celery seed, Worcestershire sauce and onion.
